House Surveys – Fees
The fee charged is normally based on the purchase price of the property
at the time of inspection, on the following scale:

Where the purchase price is preferential or where the price is not
known at the time of the inspection, the fee charged will be based on
the valuation figure.
The above fees are fully-inclusive and contain an allowance for normal
travelling expenses. Additional charges to cover high travelling costs
will be payable in the following circumstances:
• A standard fee of £20 when
the property is situated in a London postal district, that is, postcodes
beginning N, NW, NE, E, W, WC, EC, SW and SE.
• When the property is an excessive
distance from our office.
